Mr Michael (aka Captain America)

With over a decade of teaching and tutoring experience, Mr Michael is responsible for superintending all general management of Online i-GCSE Center and acts as an advisor regarding education business decisions and all academic changes that are carried out.

​

Mr Michael graduated with double degrees in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. He has worked in the semiconductor industry for 8 years before switching to teaching. He obtained his Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) in National Institute of Education (NIE), Singapore, before embarking his new career in Singapore government school.

Upon returning to Malaysia, he continued to pursue his passion in teaching in local international school. Physics 0625 and Mathematics 0580 were two subjects entrusted under his purview. Below are his past performance in teaching both subjects :

Tutors

Ms Wong (aka Hulk)

Ms Wong has been an English teacher for 6 years now, with experience in Checkpoint, National British Curriculum and IGCSE (KS3 and KS4).

​

She graduated from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Penang with a degree in English; she also obtained her certificate for CIDTL (Cambridge International Diploma in Teaching and Learning).

​

Ms Wong finds great passion in creating opportunities for students to find their voice, creating and expressing their opinions with eloquence, clarity and of course, using correct grammar. Listed below are some of her career highlights:

  • Inspiring students with low confidence in the language to write and recite original poetry, writing original compositions, reenacting an entire movie.

  • Motivating second-language students to present public speeches confidently.

Ms Chai (aka Jean)

Additional Mathematics 0606

With 5 years of experience in teaching IGCSE Additional Mathematics 0606, Ms Chai is also a CAIE Assessment Specialist who is qualified to mark IGCSE Additional Mathematics 0606 exam papers. Under her guidance, one of the students achieved Top of the World award for IGCSE Add Maths 0606 in 2016. Ms Chai is also a certified teacher who completed Cambridge International Diploma in Teaching and Learning (CIDTL) in 2018.

 

Scoring 10A1’s 1A2 in SPM, Ms Chai was offered full JPA scholarship to study in the United States. She graduated with double majors in Mathematics and Computer Science for Bachelor degree in University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2012. She has just completed her Master degree in Computer Science in UTAR, Perak in 2020. Below is her track records in teaching Additional Mathematics 060.

Ms Hana (aka Gamora)

Miss Hana graduated with Bachelor of Science with Hours (Biotechnology) from University of Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS). She then further her postgraduate studies in Master in Education (Biochemistry) from Sultan Idris University of Education (UPSI). She has more than 10 years of teaching experiences with proven track records. She is currently working as a lecturer in SEGI college.

Mr Fok has more than 10 years of teaching experience and his recent achievement is World Best Chemistry Student in 2017 and 2018.

Ms Rachel (aka Black Widow)

Miss Rachel graduated with Master in Education from Sultan Idris University of Education (UPSI). She has more than 8 years of teaching experiences. She first taught English for Certificate and Diploma at HillCity College before moving to become part of the Just English Center team at Shen Jai High School, Ipoh. She joined Wesley Methodist School, Ipoh in 2012, where she taught students from Year 2 to Year 5.
